EECO Jumper Jackpot Show at Oracle Farms

New Horse and Rider Pairs

Katie Yozamp recently purchased Grace Kelley in 2009.  What an awesome pair the two are already making. They were 2nd in the Eq. Over Fences at OHSET, 3rd in Eq. on the flat and 5th in the Dressage.  The pair also won 2 jumper classes at the last EECO show on Feb 28th. and were 2nd in the 4' jumpers.  We should all be looking forward to seeing this pair at the Jr. Prelim level throughout the 2009 season.

Emily Christen purchased Osceola (new name Silver Bells) at the end of 2008.  The pair are already doing fantastic in the jumper ring and will be fun to watch at Novice this coming 2009 season.

During a trip down to Temecula for the Galway Downs horse show in Nov. 2008, Keda and Karen found the incredible Truely Dynamite (True) and purchased her for Keda.  The pair have already swept the 1st place ribbons at their first show in the jumpers.  They will start the season out at Training Level and hopefully move up to Prelim, mid season.

Sandy McBride recently purchased Bo, a 17hh Iberian Warmblood Gelding. The pair has already competed at 1st level dressage and plan to move up to Second Level this coming show season. Good luck to Sandy and Bo.

Samantha Novotny recently purchased Copperfield (aka. Snap).  Copperfield is the super cute Chestnut Gelding that Sam has been doing fantastically on all Winter.  This pair recently competed in thier first show together in the jumper ring at the County Fairgrounds.  Good job and good luck in 2008..

As most of you know, we have a new member at the barn for awhile and hopefully longer.  Her name is Camille Adams.  Camille came all the way here from Alberta Canada to ride and train her 2 horses, Whisper and Indigo, as well as her Mom, Cindy's, horse Emma.  She is a wonderful rider and even nicer of a person.  All her horses are doing very well and she swept away the ribbons at the last COHJA show with Whisper and Indigo, receiving Champion in the Level II jumpers on Whisper and Champion in the Level III jumpers on Indigo.  She also Competed the following day at the EECO Dressage show winning both her classes on Indigo.  She and Indigo will be competing in their first CCI* competition in April 2008.

Congratulations to Yvette Chandler who is ranked 9th in the nantion as of November 25, 2007. Also congrats to all of the girls and boys that competed on November 23, 2007 at the Jumper day at O'Neal Farms. Everyone did very well!

Christmas Vacation 2007-2008 News

A Special Thanks goes out to Katie Yozamp, Samantha Novotny, and April Gerlicher for all their hard work and help during the past 2 weeks.  These 3 girls showed teamwork, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship like I've never seen before. Katie was at the barn every riding day of the break from sun up to sun down. They all markedly improved their riding skills by riding numerous horses each day. Thanks again for all your help!
